01 · Operating company
InnovaRx Global Health
Healthcare infrastructure for The Gambia and beyond.
InnovaRx Global Health is the operating subsidiary at the centre of the group. Founded in 2015 and operating in The Gambia since 2019, the company has built clinical, pharmaceutical, and community-health infrastructure that today serves more than 200,000 patients across five regions.
The platform combines a community-based primary care model with non-communicable disease management programs, a CGM-integrated diabetes monitoring service, and the WOW Compass care management software. Partnership inquiries are welcome from philanthropic funders, DFIs, pharmaceutical and diagnostics partners, and operators interested in adapting elements of the model in their own markets.

Pharmaceutical import and wholesale infrastructure for West Africa.
Kartan Pharma Limited is the group’s pharmaceutical import and wholesale subsidiary, established to address the structural gap in licensed, well-capitalised wholesale infrastructure across West Africa — a gap that constrains every downstream actor in the value chain.
Kartan Pharma is currently engaged in a capital raise with Africa-focused impact investors. Investor inquiries are welcome; terms and the investment memorandum are shared on request.
